Basically, our event is suitable for all ages. From trainees to those about to retire and beyond: effective self-defense is possible for everyone! And it's even a lot of fun! Our course is also suitable for team building, as employees can interact with each other and really let off steam - in a positive sense, of course!

Unser 4-stündiger Kurs kostet nicht die Welt – vor allem nicht, wenn bis zu 30 Mitarbeitende teilnehmen können und wertvolle Inhalte rund um Selbstbehauptung und Selbstverteidigung vermittelt werden.
Wir bieten euch drei abgestufte Preismodelle, passend zu euren Bedürfnissen:

Prävention, Selbstbehauptung, Selbstverteidigung (Stand & Boden) & Einführung in den Einsatz von Alltagsgegenständen als Hilfsmittel
